What You'll Do:
‍As an AI Engineer at Wordsworth AI, you'll play a key role in building production ready  brand-aware agentic workflows. Here’s what you’ll be working on:

• Architect and scale infrastructure to enhance the performance of AI agents for landing pages
• Improve AI agents to make them more adaptive and contextually aware
• Build data pipelines to power brand-aware Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems
• Design and implement  logic to deploy AI agents in a production
• Create evaluation pipelines to measure and optimize agent performance
• Manage pipeline deployment on AWS to productionize systems

You'll be solving hard AI challenges—building, deploying, and optimizing agents that will transform how brands connect with their audiences and drive real business outcomes.

What You Bring to the Table:
We're seeking engineers who are deeply passionate about AI and backend development, with a focus on building scalable systems. Ideally, you’ll have:

• Experience with backend frameworks like Django (or similar) to build and scale complex, production-grade systems
• Knowledge of machine learning frameworks and familiarity with Langchain and web scraping techniques (a plus, but not required)
• Strong problem-solving abilities, with a  track record of tackling complex technical challenges in AI or backend architecture.
• A growth mindset and adaptability, thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where collaboration and continuous learning are key.

Bonus: If you’ve worked on AI agent pipelines, or have experience in end-to-end ML system deployment, that’s a huge plus.
